This is such a great help for my back. Size is perfect and as expected. Perfect if you're always on your feet like me. Especially when I am playing music, either standing up on guitar or sitting down on piano. Very comfortable and I often sleep with it and forget I'm wearing it. The only think I was disappointed is that I'm so skinny and I sometimes have to re-attach and re-adjust but that's due to my skinny nature. I highly recommend to people who are musicians and or in I.T. job and or sports

After I take it off, my muscles remember the correct posture for a short while and I'm hoping that as time goes on, that muscle memory will prevail and I'll maintain correct posture, without thinking about it, for the vast majority of the day. My 83 year old mother is also wearing one, under her clothes, and you can't see it at all. What you can see, however, is an older woman walking around with really nice posture, looking more vital and healthy.

I have tried 2 other posture correctors before this one, and I have to say this is the one that has helped me the most. I have been wearing this posture corrector for 2 days at work now and I have to say my neck and shoulders do feel better. I work at an office desk for 8-10 hours a day, 5 days a week, so you could image how much neck and shoulder strain I have. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from neck and shoulder pain. That’s exactly what the ALIGNO Posture Corrector does, comfortably and effectively, PLUS it was very affordable, a huge plus for retired people like me!
My only complaint was that it was a little tricky to ready the straps for wearing; however, once that was accomplished, it was easy to put on and just as simple to take off! ,
I highly recommend ALIGNO Posture Corrector for anyone having a chronic posture problem. Judging by the length of my slacks and jeans, I swear I’m at least 1/4 inch taller, and I LOVE that fact!

I used to think these posture correctors were gimmicks and not actually helpful toward improving posture. However, after purchasing this item and using it for many weeks now I find myself noticing how often I would slump over aka vulture neck when at my desk working and how wearing this posture corrector would be good reminder to not do this.

After a few hours of wearing, I've noticed muscle memory kicks in. I'm now able to keep the correct posture for a full day, rather than slouching. I'm surprised this product did this so well, and with ease. I will recommend this to all my friends and family.

This was well made. Good quality. Velcro not stiff, but soft and holds well. The support it provides is comfortable and the documentation with the product is very good.

I was looking for a "tool" not a crutch. In other words, I don't want something I always have to rely on, I wanted to improve my posture and help me to get my muscles strong enough to do what they need to do. This is really helping me. I have had multiple spinal surgeries and I am now having tremendous difficulty with my posture. It's like my chest is collapsing and I just cannot stand up straight! My plan was to wear this posture corrector for short periods and then remove it and try to maintain my posture on my own, then repeat this sequence several times a day. Some of my muscles need to stretch and some need to contract. Wearing this for a few minutes before PT this morning, helped me to do my exercises in much better form. This is a work in progress, but I am improving. My muscles are, after just several days, starting to remember what they are supposed to be doing. Although I realize I cannot eliminate my spinal problems, I can improve them and get stronger. This is helping. It is easy to put on and came with clear instructions. It also shipped very quickly and arrived in perfect condition. All in all, this purchase was one of my better decisions. I highly recommend it!

I was skeptical about a posture correcting device, but this one works really well. I find myself slouching at my desk and have been having issues with back pain. I use this at my desk, it's super comfy and has made a noticeable reduction in my back pain. I highly recommend this product

Broad takeaway: I ordered 4 different types of these in one day - this one is the best AND the cheapest! More detail: I have worn posture braces for years to assist with thoracic back pain. They are all helpful but this kind (which goes under your bust in ADDITION to pulling the shoulders back) is far-and-away better than the kind that only pull the shoulders back. I finally got so sick of my shoulders-only one that I decided to try. It fits great! If you're hesitating to order due to the size chart, definitely give it a go! It fits great, is very adjustable (although I haven't had to adjust it at all), and is as comfortable as any of its competitors (and believe me - I've tried a lot of these). I was using a plastic one previously and it was so uncomfortable and could only be worn over a longer sleeve or else they stick to my armpit skin and hair. Not this one! With the fabric, I can even wear with a tank top when needed. I really rely on these for pain management. I've paid so much more money for ones that work the same or worse. When this one wears out, I'll just buy it again. Definitely recommend.
